FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
We are currently working towards a program
with donors willing to help special families by reducing their fees substantially as well as working with
physicians and other professionals who have alternative financial options.
Families or individuals with
an annual gross household income of $60,000 or less may be eligible for our special financial program. This enables
people of all financial levels to receive our services at a reduced and/or sliding scale rate. Please feel free
